Call to action – write a review button on homepage

    Hi
    Is there any way to implement a button/page which encourage the sites visitors to “Write a review” much like the one at tripadvisor?

    I would like for it to redirect the visitor to a page where the visitor can browse the featured listing and easliy write a review, instead of searching for the listing and then write a review.

    currently there are no options to do somthing similar.

    It would require a customization.
