    Can I do this with dashboard settings? Do I need a developer?

    I am building a site that is a slightly different use case for GeoDirectory. There are a few things I need to tweak and I am unsure if I can do it with the settings and the stock themes or if I need a custom theme or development.

    I am building a national directory of volunteers. The purpose is to let “customers” contact the volunteers only by email.

    I need the street addresses to be masked and the pin on the map to be generalized to a zip code or city or local area. Perhaps if the zoom was disabled on the map this would solve the issue.

    The “Get Directions” functionality should also be disabled or hidden.

    “Related Listing” functionality should also be disabled or hidden.

    I would like to eliminate the “Search for” search box and only display the “near” search box.

    The real question is can do I this with just settings or plugins or will these tweaks require a developer?

    This all depends on your skills, those things are not that hard.

    I need the street addresses to be masked and the pin on the map to be generalized to a zip code or city or local area. Perhaps if the zoom was disabled on the map this would solve the issue.
    Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/question-about-geodirectory-experts-addresses/
    Just ask volunteers to drag the marker to where they live approximately, and hide the Street Address or ask them to add their name in the Street Address field after the put some approximate location on the map.

    The “Get Directions” functionality should also be disabled or hidden.
    Add this CSS:

    .geodir_map_container .gd-get-directions {display: none;}

    “Related Listing” functionality should also be disabled or hidden.
    Go to GD > Design > Detail tab > and remove all CPTs from “Show related post listing on”

    I would like to eliminate the “Search for” search box and only display the “near” search box.
    Please review https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/common-styling-examples/#search

    Thanks
