Can I use Stripe for recurring payment?

    Hi, for pricing for any given CPT, I noticed there is a box that says ” Recurring payment: only supported by paypal and 2checkout”.

    Does this mean that if I get a Stripe account and I select the recurring payment box, it will not work?

    I read somewhere in your threads that supreme directory and geodirectory support stripe recurring payments, but I want to make sure.

    Hi Alex,

    I have all of those plugins already.

    However, what about where it says ” recurring payment: only supported by paypal and 2checkout”? It does not say it is supported by Stripe.

    Stripe will work with recurring. That info there is a little bit incorrect.

    I thought that was already added to the fixes, it should also include Stripe (and PayFast I think).
    I’ll get the developers to check if that fix is coming in the next version.

    Hi Javier,

    Stripe is supports recurring payments. We have already fixed that message that showing about supported recurring gateways on price package page (see attachment).
    It will be in next release.

    So right now I can use Stripe for recurring payments correct? The only fix you will be adding is adding the text next to the checkbox.

    Is this correct?

    Yes, you can use Stripe for recurring payments.

    The fix does not change any functionality.
