Can not add categories icon

Hello,

I can not add category icons. In fact, none of the buttons in the “Add Category” page works. I get some errors, but I do not how how to interpret them and how to solve the problem, since my technical knowledge is very limited.

I am using Chrome browser.

Screenshot attached with buttons not working marked in red and error messages.

Could you help? Any advice?

Hi jotomas,

This is normally caused by 3rd party plugin conflict. Could you possibly try deactivating all non-gd plugins one by one and see which one is causing the issue you had there? If you still need help, share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.
