Can these Themes do this?

I want to build a niche directory for a specific therapeutic profession. This would require some specific categories. I would like it so a person could search based upon their need or the type of therapist they want. This would be an international directory.
Can this theme help me get there? I’ve installed the theme on my website but am stuck at how to create the directory without importing one of the CSV files with all those categories and places.

Also, I notice there is an add on which is about claiming your listing. This suggests there is a way to import all the relevant businesses in a location. Is this correct? If so, can this be done for any business or just restaurants etc?
