By any chance is there a quick method to turn off all signs on review and rating. We don’t want that feature at this point in time. Instead of displaying all to none, is there a quick setting?

To turn off reviews, have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/faqs/how-do-i-disable-reviews/

To add text to empty descriptions, you can export, add the text, and then re-import: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-export/#export-cats
