cannot enter places – asks for one city only but does not even accept from there

We can provide support for free members that are only using the free plugin.

You will need the location manager addon to add locations outside the default location, and that is a premium plugin.

You didn’t complete the setup of the new default location. You had Malaga > Malaga > Spain, but you left the lat and lon of Philadelphia.

I clicked the set address on map button to fetch the new lat and lon for Malaga and saved. Now it should work.
