Cannot Fill in Listing Description

Hi GD!
I just made all the recent updates and ran the GD Check on the site. I cannot fill in the Listing Description when I am logged in as a subscriber (it works when I am logged in under an Admin however), It only seems to work when I am trying to do it as text version but not on the Visual, if I add stuff to the Text version and go back to the Visual it is not there. All the other fields in the registration page seem to be working. I have also tried all the pricing options and none of them are allowing me to access/edit the Description, It only seems to be broken when I am under a GD_Place category (Venues), all the other categories seem to work. I thought you were talking about the backend.
There is an error caused by a script within GD Booster, however I can’t recreate this on our demo.
Please try to disable all non-GD plugins momentarely, then clear GD Booster cache and try again.
If the problem is gone at least we will know where to look at.

September 7, 2015 at 9:15 pm #52346Ok, I went through each of the non GD Plug-ins. I deactivated them and then cleared cache individually. After each, I tried to create a new listing, logged in as a registered user on another device. I was not able to get it to work. I did have it working for a few seconds after I deactivated “Widgets on pages”. I reactivated “Widgets on pages”, refreshed the other device and it stopped working again. I then deactivated “Widgets on pages” and cleared the cache and it continues to not work (I was hoping I found it)!. I have left the non GD items deactivated. Let me know how I can proceed from here.

I’ve disabled GD Booster and deactivated all non GD plugin and the description field started working again.
I’m 99.9% sure that widgets on pages isn’t the culprit
I’ve now reactivated all your plugins to avoid visitors to find anything broken.
Please disabled them all again and re-activate one by one keeping GD Booster disabled and test after you re-activate each plugin to see which one is causing this.

September 9, 2015 at 2:53 pm #52576Oh… oops. So I went in, deactivated all of my non GD plugins and reactivated Booster. Even with all the no GD Plugins inactive, I am still having the problem when Booster is active. I am not sure how to troubleshoot if it won’t work even when all the non-GD plugins are inactive. Do I have to uninstall plugins?
