Cannot install Whoop Plugin

    Unable to upload or install GeoDirectory_whoop.zip. All attempts gives me the following error messages “The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.”

    When I try to install the whoop_child I get the following messages
    “Unpacking the package…
    Installing the plugin…
    The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
    Plugin install failed.”

    Can someone assist please
