Cannot login in WP after update from GEo v1 to V2

Hi Geo team,

I cannot login in WP after update geodirectory from v1 to v2.
I’m getting this: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function whoop_bp_get_user_domain() in /var/www/followyourcolours.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/GeoDirectory_whoop/buddypress-functions.php on line 1619”

There has been a critical error on your website, putting it in recovery mode. Please check the Themes and Plugins screens for more details. If you just installed or updated a theme or plugin, check the relevant page for that first.

I followed all your documentation. But apparently, I think not 100%, unfortunately. Can you help me with this?

Hi anskari.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve renamed the GD core plugin and could you try logging in now? Since you’re using Premium GD addons, you need a GD membership before we could provide support for you as explained here. https://wpgeodirectory.com/support-policy/
