Cannot Update Address on Places Listings

I have migrated a previous group of posts attempting to create ‘gd_places’ out of them. To do this what I did was update the post_type field in the post from ‘post’ to ‘gd_place’.

1.) When I look at places through the admin, All the entries are listed, but I cannot update them. When I run an export, they do not appear as part of the group.

2.) On the website front end, I cannot see the listings published.

3.) I can create new listings without any problems.

4.) I have looked in the wp_postmeta table for differences there and cannot find anything.

There are more than one table that needs updating, so simply changing ‘post’ to ‘gd_place’ will not fix things at all.

What you could try is to export the posts using some WP export,
then add the data to a CSV file you have exported at GD > Settings > Export,
and add all required fields before importing as Places.
