Can't access certain plugins even though we have an active susbscription.

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    We are trying to download the pricing manager plugin but it isn’t listed on our downloads page even though we have an active membership.

    We checked our invoice (400832) through our account, which listed all the downloads, but when clicking on the download link we get this message:

    “You must have an active subscription to Pricing Manager in order to download this file.”

    Hi Keith,

    Please check now, we made a name change yesterday and it seems the licencing system didn’t automatically change thins, i have fixed it now.
