    when I am on my phone (Moto Gen 5) and try to claim a listing there are two issues.

    One is that the claim listing button is in front of the form. As I scroll up or down by swiping the background/website behind the form moves and so does the claim and edit button in the foreground along with it. These buttons are clearly in the way off completing the form.

    The second issue is when I “send” the form it did nothing.

    Please check now, I added some CSS at GD > Design > Scripts:

    @media (max-width: 668px) {
    .sd .sd-detail-author {
       z-index: 99999 !important;
    }}

    thanks, that got rid of one problem.

    The send button still does nothing, at least when I’m on the phone.

    And now I noticed that the keyboard on the phone covers the last field/message field. When I scroll to see the field the background (page behind the pop up for claim listing) moves up but the claim listing dialog box/pop up doesn’t move. So you can’t see what you’re typing.

    The hosting provider said

    I need to know, how the developer accessed your FTP. It can be done via Filezilla or any other FTP client or simply command line
    If it’s FileZilla there is tweak to avoid this issue.

    If you’re using FileZilla here’s what they said to do:

    1. Open Filezilla
    2. Site Manager > Select the FTP
    3. Protocol: FIle Transfer Protocol
    Encryption: Only use plain FTP
    Login TYpe: Normal

    4. Then connect it

    I have tried with several FTP programs and i have had some of the team test also.
    Have u tried with these details? Most of the time it is because the new FTP user only has access to a new folder and not the root website folder, please check.
