What is the problem with the Add Listing pages links?
URLs are like this
domain/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_CPTNAME&package_id=#For example
…/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_service&package_id=11
…/add-listing/?listing_type=gd_food&package_id=3
etcApril 18, 2018 at 5:15 pm #427139Here’s a better video, this one really shows the problem a lot quicker and much more clearly:
April 18, 2018 at 5:51 pm #427143I think it may be the “backandedit” part, I think I just understood what you may have been trying to tell me, to use a different url than I’m using, not the one that is created when you select a package…
April 18, 2018 at 5:54 pm #427144that did it, IT WAS the “&backandedit=1” that is created in the url when a package is selected. AGGGGHHHHH, this stuff is way more complicated sometimes than I anticipate! LOL all figured out now, thanks again!
April 18, 2018 at 7:05 pm #427149Thanks for letting us know! 🙂
April 18, 2018 at 9:02 pm #427172So, back to what we were originally talking about, has anyone been able to resolve the claim listing issue? That is regarding “reply #426665”
April 19, 2018 at 3:01 am #427195I’m curious, did you guys get in and have a chance at this yet? Please keep me updated so I can test it and change my passwords when it’s all resolved… That is regarding “reply #426665”
April 19, 2018 at 9:08 am #427214u would have to hide the keyboard to select the next field currently, but that will change soon.
Thanks,
Stiofan
April 19, 2018 at 10:36 am #427224Stiofan, please, this has been an issue for several days now. for two days I tried to get you FTP access. Then I gave you my cPanel username and a temporary password. Then I hear nothing so I ask and you don’t even appear to understand the problem.
I am not trying to select field. The keyboard is in the way of seeing what is in the field. THE KEYBOARD COVERS THE FIELD MAKING IT SO YOU CAN’T SEE WHAT YOU’RE TYPING MUCH LESS IF YOU’RE EVEN TYPING! This is crazy. You guys have had this product for YEARS so of course I expect this to work better than this.
This is more frustrating than I believe you’re even remotely aware of 🙁
April 19, 2018 at 11:39 am #427236I have added the below CSS rule, please check.
@media only screen and (max-width: 600px) { #simplemodal-container.simplemodal-container{ max-height: 90vh !important; overflow: scroll; height: 90vh !important; width: 100% !important; } .simplemodal-container .simplemodal-data{ height: 200vh !important; } }Stiofan
April 19, 2018 at 11:58 am #427240Thanks, that’s a good start. The form scrolls now. However the “Send” button still doesn’t work.
There is also a huge gap below the send button (see image) but that’s insignificant I suppose…
April 19, 2018 at 12:00 pm #427243I just realized I can’t “X” out of the form either. So, I can’t send because the send button does nothing. And, I can’t get to the X button. The top of the form is covered by the top navigation bar whether I’m signed in as admin or just a subscriber.
