Hi Jeff,
The demo of Supreme does show the keyboard, yes, but this will be fixed in a future version. Other issues with the form are not present in the demo, so it is probably a conflict with a plugin, CSS, or a snippet running on your site.
Please try disabling your custom CSS, Snippets, and Non-GD plugins to identify what is causing the conflict. Custom CSS can be removed en-masse temporarily, and if the issue is alleviated, added back in line by line until the issue is identified.

April 19, 2018 at 6:46 pm #427305I am ONLY using GD plugins and plugins the GD suggested, that is specifically Beaver Builder and Affiliate WP. You guys, come on, I’m conforming completely to your world here and have been forced to for at least a month now.
You have access to my admin. You could have seen that this isn’t on my end, in my plugins. I have only added CSS you guys supplied.
So now I have made sure that all the “not GD plugins” are deactivated. I removed the CSS. Now everything is back to horrible and the send button still doesn’t work. I even had a friend try it just now on his Apple phone, same problem.

April 19, 2018 at 6:57 pm #427308Ok, so I’m going to an event tonight. I am videographing/photographing for content creation to promote and populate this site that is broken still after a month. I am going to be handing out cards I’ve had 2 weeks now that I’ve been wanting to hand out. All this work for the last month and people can’t even claim there listings and all you’ve accomplished to resolve this is tell me your working hours for some reason and that it’s probably a plugin that you guys suggested be used, that I actually paid for because of your suggestions, or it’s CSS you had given me, or it’s some snippet, but it’s not any of those things because I don’t have snippets, removed the CSS, and disabled all non GD plugins and the problem still exists.
Man, i’ve been trying for years to use GD and GT prior to this for so many project and it always ends up having something that prevents me from being able to go to market. I was so close but I just can’t go to market with this site like this. The login widget hides CPT’s inhibiting listings from being accessed, people can’t even claim listings, and I can’t even finish testing it because it takes days to get every little thing resolved pushing it into at least a month now.
Please, just take responsibility for your product and fix it. I’ve done everything you asked. I’ve giving you guys my cpanel access, my admin access, disabled plugins, removed css, nothing is fixing the problem. I’ve spent too much time on this to test everything else thoroughly. Tonight’s event would have been something great to walk into if the site “basically” worked but now I’m walking into it sad and upset and not excited at all about giving anyone these cards or shooting video/photo to push even harder something I’ve already been pushing as hard as I can while you guys leave me hanging 🙁

“Show link to author page on listings?”
What does this mean? It still shows author that claimed the listing and a link to their listings. I just did two claim listings using two different authors/accounts and it still shows author and links. Or is this setting for a different theme?“Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure”
What does this mean? Nothing? Because it does not force an upgrade. I just did two claim listings with different authors and both were for listings that were “basic” already and the claim listing process let me keep the same package. Or was it because I used a coupon originally when I first created the listing? It just seems like it should have forced me to use the featured option not the same one I chose initially.NEITHER OF THESE ISSUES ARE AS SEVERE THOUGH AS THE SEND BUTTON NOT WORKING AND THE KEYBOARD COVERING THE FORM ON MOBILE DEVICES.
You say a future version wont have the keyboard issue. So, after I muscle through all this crap I’ve been dealing with over the last month is there suddenly going to be a magical new version that I’ll have to start all over with? This is eating up too much of my time. I need to be creating content and populating the site, not infinitely troubleshooting your product. Please help me get your product right, right away. I’m not asking for customization, I’m asking for your product to work as advertised.

The main claim listing form issues have been dragging on now for 5 days, not one, not two, 5. And, this is a theme you guys have had for, what, 2 plus years?

Maybe because when you guys are off the clock not thinking or doing anything about this I’m still worried and trying to make it work 24/7 while I’m waiting for you to respond the next day with an answer that only drags the issue on another day into another week? Please resolve your products issue. I don’t know where you are but it’s not 18:00 here yet.

April 20, 2018 at 10:11 pm #427435Thank you, it’s hard to stay on point when Alex appears to be giving up! Everything is great now. I just tested it on my phone pretty thoroughly. I put the CSS back in that I took out per Alex’s suggestion, tested again, and it’s still working great. I just need to test it on some other phones.
The ONLY thing weird now is how long it takes for Claim Listing to work after hitting send whether in desktop or mobile. It takes like at least 20 seconds it seems. Your demo was a lot faster, like WAY FASTER. I’m using a VPS and everything else on my site seems pretty fast. Is there something causing this that you can resolve?

This way if I need to remove the CSS (or someone else does) for any reason and accidentally lose it, or if I change something when someone else is changing something or the other way around and CSS gets lost, or if the site crashes and burns down (lol) I’ll at least have the CSS we’ve been working on to make this theme tight and right.
Here’s CSS that is needed:

I feel like I’m about to pass out I’m so fatigued and stressed right now. Please help! Please!
If I can get on top of these things then I can move forward with paying someone this week on getting the affiliatewp recurring payment setup and I’ll be ready to start pushing this site!!! It’s been over a very long month trying to get to this point. Please help me get there this week! I must get sleep now, I must, I have been letting this worry me far too long… It’s making it hard to think at all without making a mess of things.
