Can't Download Files After Purchase

    Hi there,
    I just purchased GeoDirectory and got a link to download the files, but when I click the link, it says, “You must have an active subscription to Advanced Search in order to download this file.” I also tried going to my account and going to the downloads and clicking the links there, and I get the same message. I can download my invoice, etc, but not the files.

    Please help!

    Okay, I figured it out. I needed to confirm my email before I could download.
