Can't find location manager .zip file on computer

What is the name of the location manager file? I have downloaded and installed geodirectories. I can not find the file for the location manager on my computer. I have searched for Addon File. I have searched for the geode_location_manager file. Is there something else I’m supposed to download in addition to the basic GD plugin? How do I access all the GD addons?
