Cant load dummy data or set location

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi there!

    My client would like to create a directory of local hosts – we love the look and feel of the plug in, but would like to test it first.

    The site is teagala.com – latest version of WordPress, checked if there are incompatible plug ins and read through the documentation carefully.

    Unfortunately when I click “load dummy date” nothing happens, I have waited several minutes and tried multiple times. Also, when trying to set a location, we get an error message telling us that it cant be found, we tried several correct addresses around the world.

    Hi,

    the problem was with the default location. You entered lat and long coordinates in the wrong format. (49°15’N / 123°6’W instead of 49.2827291 / -123.12073750000002)

    You don’t need to go copy and paste them from wikipedia or other websites. By clicking the Set address on map button after entering the city name, they are automatically calcualted.

    I’ve corrected it for you and loaded 10 dummy listings.
