Can't login as anything less than administrator when activated

So I have a school directory site I’ve been building using this plugin. However, I went to add users who would have access to editing the site, and anything less than an administrator is unable to login to the wp-admin when this plugin is activated. I’ve already contacted my host to verify there were no issues there, and then went through the process of one by one activating and deactivating plugins. This is the culprit. Is there a patch, edit or setting somewhere that I’m missing?
