Can't seem to get anything set right, also don't know where to input license key

Just installed and majority of plugins are throwing an error on any activation. Have installed before, don’t know if i did something different but nothing seems to be working. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function geodir_is_wpml() in /home/asport/public_html/outdoor-directory/wp-content/plugins/geodir_review_rating_manager/geodir_reviewrating_actions.php on line 249

almost one for each plugin…
