Categories Not Showing

    Hi, i’m new to this. I’m trying to add categories to a new place/listing I’m creating…and also add categories to existing place/listing I have already created, but there is no area showing Categories that I created to add on the Place/listing editing page. Typically, I’m able to add categories on the editing page when creating a post in WordPress. How do I add my categories?

    Categories should show as a drop down field by default, below the description and above the map.

    You can create an account, login, and add a listing to see what it looks like.

    Share your site URL if you are still having issues.

    To add new categories go to Places – Place Categories in the WP Menu. Add categories there first, then select them when you are editing the listing.

    Categories must be created first.
