Categories not working after update

    The categories stopped working after the recent update. It just goes to a blank page now. I tried refreshing permalinks, and even creating replacement categories and nothing is working.

    Go to member schools. Click on any of the categories below the school titles. “Asia, etc.”

    last time I saw that error the location manager wasn’t updated. Current version is 1.5.62

    What version do you have installed?

    Every time I go to do an update it throws and error.

    Can you provide me with a link to the file that I can download and reinstall?

    You can find it here along with the license number. Make sure you have the WP Easy Updates plugin installed and the license active. https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

    Sometimes customers activate the license on a staging server and not again on the actual domain.

    Ok.. if I take out the old and put in the new version will I lose any of the data in the tables? It’s still not letting me update within wordpress. Keeps saying the update isn’t authorized.
