category autoselect/default

    Is there a way for a category to be selected by default when creating a new listing and a solution that doesnt involve jQuery?

    Some of my CPT’s only have one category so it really doesnt make sense to ask them to choose for a category because there is only one.

    Please advise!

    Also, for some reason every time I click on one of the CPT page the search doesnt automatically change to that CPT, how can I fix this?

    Hi Maria,

    the only way to have a category auto selected is via jQuery I’m sorry.

    If you provide a link and admin credentials, we will have a look at your second question.
