We are having a bit of trouble with updates on multisite at the moment, we are about to release an new updater but for now please use this plugin which will let you update vial the download fiel you can get from your downloads area https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/

Hi Tim,

Please check now, post_date import issue has been fixed.
We have post_date in format Y-m-d H:i:s when exporting the listings, so we had expected same format during import. Because sometime PHP date function does not converts convert date from d/m/Y or m/d/Y to Y-m-d format.

You can still use d/m/Y date format during import for post_date column, but we recommends date in Y-m-d format during import.
