    Hi
    I uploaded the parent categories where the images matched.

    i then uploaded the categories to match the parents using the same wording to match the category with the logo already uploaded for the parents.
    Why arent the images showing please?

    I guess you mean you did a CSV file upload with category data?
    Can we have a copy of the file you uploaded please.

    For example “Tele-Service-Providers-icon” is not a valid file name, it misses an extension like .png or .jpg etc.
    Also, the column name “cat_id” for the first column is missing.

    It worked for the parent upload. They were named the same.

    I will have to add individually as last time i reuploaded them despite pressing the replace option i ended up with double the listings.
    I thought you might be able to do something.

    Export the categories,
    fix the filename extensions, and
    re-upload with the cat-id as is, and
    choose “Update item if item with cat_id/cat_slug already exists.”

    For example, change 2019/03/Pulp-paper-icon to Pulp-paper-icon.png

    PS: the replace option only works when using existing cat_id

    I will have a go now. I have exported the categories and some of the text isnt correct.

    Is it corrupt?

    I have done it, removed the  before uploaded. It has worked. Thank you so much Guust. It didnt duplicate either.

    I have xported and not all descriptions exported but will try again later incase it takes a while to come through.

    Can i ask the export shows Prent as name and not number, when i add business listings do i use,1234, (the number reference of category) or the name?

    The strange characters are the result of your earlier import, where you used “illegal” characters, see image.

    Can i ask the export shows Prent as name and not number

    The export of categories will show the parent category as the name in the cat_name or cat_parent columns. But will show the ID in the cat_id column.
    When importing listings, you need to use the cat_id.

    Done the default marker, thank you.

    Places listing Images – i have added the image named as instructed before. Uploaded the images to the correct folder but they are not showing. I have exported the places CPT and it shows a url for the images. Please see the attachments, import and export. Dont concern yourself with changes in headings, i updated CPT options to match what needed.

    Also the organisation size box is not adding text as in spreadsheet. I have double checked data correct. Any ideas??
