Category not showing under Custom Fields tab

    I have purchased and installed the Advanced Search Filters addon. But there is nothing display under Geodirectory->Place Settings->Custom Fields. I want to add Category field in the Advanced Search filter form.
    Also I want to search the list by Zipcode. But I have not find Search by Zipcode option.
