Category pages not fully loading – v1.6.23

    Hello,
    The category pages aren’t loading all of the page elements on a client site for some reason.

    See here for example – then click on a category at the top.

    Any ideas?

    Hi jamie,

    it looks like there is a PHP fatal error on that page. The footer is missing too. It could be a conflict with another plugin.

    Do you have access to an error log?

    If you provide wp-admin and FTP credentials we will debug it.

    Hi Paolo,
    I’ve run some tests and found the issue lies with the GeoDirectory Location Manager plugin – when deactivated, the problem is resolved.

    Are you aware of this?

    I can supply admin details to the website if needed.

    Are you using the very last version of core and location manager?

    If you are, we’ll need both admin and FTP credentials to debug this.

    Hi Paolo,
    I’ve fixed the issue – the Location Manager plugin was out of date. There wasn’t an update available via WordPress but I updated it via FTP.

    Ok thanks, if there was no auto update via WordPress, it means that either you haven’t activated the license for it or worst you don’t have the Wp Easy Updates plugin installed.

    Thanks. I didn’t have either by the looks of it! I thought I had the license key there but I didn’t.

    I’ve tried to implement it but it says it’s invalid – could you take a look at why this is please?
