    Hello
I have created several new CPT’s for organizing my directory. When I try to save any changes, such as setting the option to “yes” to include the field in advance search, nothing happens. I have tried several different options and nothing seems to work. The ‘save’ just isn’t saving.

What all of this is leading to is having a dropdown of the subcategories in the “I am looking for” for each cpt —

Any ideas or direction on solving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. (screen shots)

You are getting a script error, I’ll get the developers to have a look for you.
Please post your FTP details too for them. Thanks.

PS: As you can see, there was no other response here yesterday.

    Hi Jan,

I have checked and found your server does not accepting feild request with parameter “data_type=VARCHAR” and resulting response “406 Not Acceptable”. It might be firewall setting causing this.

Try after disabling all non GD plugins. If problem still exists, then contact your server admin about this error.

    Let us know.

    Thanks,
    Kiran
