Change default landing page from "Profile" to "Comments"

    Is there an easy way to change the default landing page on each posting from “Profile” to “Comments” (or in my case “Healthy Tips.” Specifically, I’d like the user to land immediately in the healthy tips area of the post when they select the hotel.
