Change default location?

I am building directory of local community organisations in a very small neighbourhood in London, UK. I will not be listing any places outside of our local neighbourhood. However, the default location only offers ‘London’ as a location. This means the Location page displays the title London, and the Category page display the title ‘Cafes in London’. This is not accurate. I am not trying to list places in London. To users it will look like my directory is nearly empty as I’m only listing Places in a very tiny square mile of this city. I tried to change the city location in Setting but it didn’t like it. Is this possible another way?
