    Hi,
I am working on some design changes and I am trying to achieve the following:
In Search Page I want to move the div “header” above the div “geodir-common”.
My intension is to change the width of “header” to 100% without changing the width of “geodir-common” container.
How can I do that without messing up with the template actions?

Unless you made a change, the div “header” should already be above the div “geodir-common”?

Your header closes before the geodir-common, so you should only need to change the CSS.

Can you send us a URL?

That is not feasible with css only. You need to create a custom function to take that DIV only and move it out of the parent div.

John’s tutorial on how to create a compatibility plugin is the perfect start to understand how to do this: http://docs.wpgeodirectory.com/how-to-build-your-own-theme-compatibility-plugin/

If you wish for John’s help (paid), just let me know and I’ll flag this for him.

    Thx

Hello @paolo! That was my assumption wanted to make sure.
I am still getting a hold of how everything works.
I will check the link and get back to you.

    Thank you!
