Change email address

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Am a proud new GeoDirectory user.

    On my profile I have listed two emails.

    When I click on the Support Forum to “notify me of follow-up replies via email” — the Primary Email Address in my profile is being ignored.

    The email address under “Additional Email Addresses” is being used.

    How can I get the Primary Email Address to be used for support notification?
