Change location menu does not is showed

Hi,

I have tried put on Main menu “Change location” but does is not showed, i have configured the options necesaries to activate this menu.

I saw the instruction in this post, https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/multilocation-doesnt-show/

i attatch screenshot of my configuration.
