Change location of custom field

I created an HTML custom field so that I can embed an iframe for a virtual tour, see at the bottom of this listing:

I would prefer the virtual tour be in the top section of the listing, but that may be asking for too much… I would at least like to move it from the bottom to maybe above the map. Is there a way to move that field?

Also, when I created that custom field I selected “admin use only” but this field still appears in the add listing page. I wanted to be the only one that could add code to that field. That way is someone adds a listing they don’t use that field, only I can. What is admin use only for? Am I seeing that because I’m logged in as admin? Will a regular lister/user not see this field in add listing?
