"change location" on main menu not linking properly

Hello,

I’ve enabled the “change location” option on the main menu but it is not linking properly to cities and doesn’t show the region tab (check the screenshot attached).

Suppose this:
– My domain: mydomain.com
– Permalink –> Location url prefix: place
– City: my-city-name

When I click on the city name I’m linked to “mydomain.com/placedomain.com/place/my-city-name” (it isn’t misspelled, the domain is aded as “domain.com” instead of “mydomain.com”).

Where can be the problem? :S
