Change order of House Number and Street Address

How can I change the order of the House Number and the Street Address?
I found the necessary documentation to change other orders but I could only find %%Street%% as a usable field so I can not split this into 2 seperate Fields %%Street_name%% and %%House_number%% for example.
How can I make it possible to place the House Number after the Street name as this is the way to do in Belgium.
