Change "Place" to "Company"

Hi..
In the add listing page… would like to make the whole thing into a company directory instead of a “place” directory http://gbob.com/add-listing/ would like to change this into “Add Company” and “Company Title” and “Company Description”. Ive purchased four months membership and theres an add on called Custom Post Types and was wondering if this will change all these terms from “Place” to “Category”?
