Change Tag Taxonomy

    Hi,

    I’m trying to change the word ‘tags’ to ‘locations’ throughout the custom post type (frontend and backend). I was able to create my own custom taxonomy called locations but it doesn’t show up on the frontend editor. Also, the original tags taxonomy still shows.

    Any help fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

    I’ve included screenshots.

    You should be able to do that with the language file, see https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/translate-core/

    I was able to get it to show up correctly on the frontend following the instructions in your first post. The backend didn’t update the word ‘tags’ but I don’t care because nobody else sees the backend but me. Thanks!
