Changing Location

Hi,
The website I’m building is going to be a multi-directory of all the malls in a country. Currently the Location in GD is

Country > Region > City > Neighbourhood.

As the country I am working on is small, the country = city and it’s formed by many towns instead. I plan to segregate the towns by regions so instead of Town A, Town B, Town C, it will be Town A/B/C, Town C,D, Town E, Town F,G etc. This way, the user will not have a long list to go through.

My question is, can I modify the Location to

Country > Sectors of Towns > Malls ?

And in future if I do extend to other countries, I might need the original Country > Region > City > Neighbourhood setting. Is it possible to have two types of Location settings?
