Changing "Place Tags" text

Hi. I want to change the “Place Tags:” text on the detail page, where the tags are listed out. I cannot seem to find where to edit this. I have tried changing via the languages file but only managed to change the word “place” that way.

Could someone tell me if there’s a filter I can use to do this?
