Claim listing featured option not available

    Gents,
    Apologies for the help request on the heels of the last one, but I can’t get the featured product – the one that costs money – to show up in the drop-down menu items when you click on claim listing now.

    Can you point me at the right combination of settings to make that happen?

    It could be that your current listings are not in a package.

    Make sure they are in a package, say, package A.

    Then check package A settings to make sure that it allows users to claim package B.

    Set a test listing to package A, then try claiming to make sure package B is available.

    You are using GD Post Claim as a widget?

    If we need to check settings please include WP Admin credentials and site URL in a private reply.

    Actually, I just got it. Didn’t realize they needed to be cross-referenced/activated.

    You can use the shortcode anywhere within the detail template, and you can also add it as a shortcode within the tabs.
