Claim Listing Force Upgrade - Missing Options

I set up the following price plans

Not Claimed – has upgrades = yes – default
Free – has upgrades = yes
Annual – has upgrades = yes
Annual Featured – has upgrades = no

Force upgrade on claim is set to on.

When a user clicks the Business Owner link to claim the listing the claim box pops up but the upgrade options only include Annual and Annual Featured. I want Free also to appear.

Hi Bob,

The option to upgrade or not on claiming is at GD > Listing Claims > Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure.

You can set that to NO if it is OK to keep the same price(free) package when claiming.

But I have two free packages – the not claimed one which is what all not claimed listings are created with and the normal free one. I want users to be able to upgrade from the not claimed one to the normal free one.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I’m not sure what you mean by

If a listing is not claimed, it belongs to nobody. So a user cannot upgrade a listing if it’s not claimed. Let me know if I’m misunderstanding your question.
