claim listing form question

    Hi,

    I would like to know if the claim listing form can have the option added to keep the listing free but also be claimed.

    Right now it appears that you can either upgrade to premium or not claim the listing.

    The form seems very primitive this way, the button has no indication on it, etc.

    The option to upgrade or not on claiming is at GD > Listing Claims > Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure
    You should set that to NO if it is OK to keep the same price package when claiming.

    Not quite sure what you mean with “the button has no indication on it” but you can always change the looks with CSS, or the verbiage used with the Listings Claim language file.

    So just to be clear, it is not possible to have the same choice as on the add listing form, which shows the choice of free and paid.

    this would be ideal I think.

    If you set
    GD > Listing Claims > Force an upgrade to complete the claim listing procedure > NO
    then the options when upgrading a listing after the claim has been approved will include all packages.

    There is a difference between editing a listing, which is just for modifying a listing, not to change the package.
    If a user wants to change to a different package, they need to choose to upgrade the listing.
