Claim listing not working

    Hi,
    When businesses try to claim their listing it’s not working.
    Here are the steps:
    1) The person goes to their business page.e.g https://playinginpuddles.com.au/classes-and-tuition/maestro-possums/
    2) They Click on “Business Owner?” This diverts to the sign-up page. They create a login and hit “register”.
    3) Instead of the “Claim Listing” pop-up appearing, a box appears, but it’s empty except for an arrow rotating around (see screenshot).

    Can you please tell me how I can fix this please.
    I can provide login details if required.

    Hi Katie,

    several things are not working on the details pages, also maps and galleries are not loading because of a jQuery error.

    That’s most likely caused by a conflict with another plugin or with your theme. Did you try disabling all non GD plugins to test if one of them is clashing?

    Also, in the meantime, is there a way I can claim listings for people on the dashboard of the site?

    Hi, I have an update for you on the issue.
    Item 1) When I preview a listing it shows the map with the error message, but if I publish it the error message disappears and the map works fine.
    Very strange.
    Has anyone had any luck looking into the claim listing problem?

    The claim listing seems to work fine for me, can u tell me how to replicate, or maybe u fixed it?
