    Hi there,

    I’m stylizing the claim listing notification emails to have a banner graphic, some paragraphs and a salutation. I noticed when I make HTML changes, the paragraph tags aren’t saving. The images are remaining, however, the line breaks aren’t so the messages look a bit jumbled when sent. Any thoughts? Thanks!

    Make sure you write the HTML using the “text” option. WP will strip paragraphs and linebreaks if you switch to visual.
