Claim Listing Process Setup

Hi apologies about posting here but I can’t find open new support ticket but I think i am in the right area.

I am going to run a campaign to companies that do not appear on my website, https://camping.uk-directory.com/ and would like them to claim their free listing and add their details, I would like the new company to be able to add their contact details, a description of their business, photgraphs and to select specific preset categories that apply to their business.

Is it possible to set them up so they have access to the site to do this and what would be the best way to do this.
