Claim listing vs upgrade listing

    Can you tell me what changes we need to make to change a listing to let them claim their listing rather that upgrade listing which is what it says now.

    Hi,

    I’m not sure I understand what the problem is, do you have the “Force Upgrade” option enabled in Claim listing settings?

    I have the force upgrade to NO but it still comes up on the detail page as you can see here:
