Client email wrong

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi i have a problem with the emails sended when the lisiting have been sucessfully published.

    When somebody add a listing receive this email:

    Apreciado Socrates Quiros,

    Enviaste la información siguiente para listar. Este correo es para tu información.

    but when the listing is published it receive this email:

    Estimado [# client_name #],

    Su anuncio [# listing_link #] se ha publicado. Esta dirección de correo electrónico es sólo para su información.

    [# Listing_link #]

    Gracias por su contribución.

    [# Nombre del sitio #]

    Please help i even change the text in the text box but still the same.

    Have a look at GD > Notifications and make sure all shortcodes are in the correct format, there should be no spaces at all within the square brackets.

    Let us know.

    I do that. I just copy and paste shortcodes but it just dont work but only if i put shortcodes in that textbox. Other notification works well.

    How are you translating the emails? Those emails are still in English at /wp-admin/admin.php?page=geodirectory&tab=notifications_settings
