    Hi,

    I was thinking of using PODs or Toolset to compliment WPGeo and added customisation.

    Can this work given all should be using CPT?

    Or any of these tools?

    cheers

    We do not have an integration with those plugins. Other members may have experience they can share here.

    What are you wanting to achieve, btw?

    GDV2 Custom Post Types enables ‘many to many’ links between CPTs. This was an often requested feature that has now been integrated into the Custom Post Types Addon.

    We use our own system that is built for scalability and performance, you can add almost any type of field you want, have you tried our builder?

    Thanks Alex and Stiofan for replying.

    I am interested in the CPT/DB_Table query capability.

    ie
    select fields from table/CPT and display it.

    Toolset has VIEWS, which is derived from Drupal.

    Joomla has Fabrik which allows one to query the database with joins and triggers.

    ====================

    Once the CPT are created, one should be able to query and join CPT/tables to display them as sortable list.

    Thanks for looking.

    regards

    This is all done from settings, maybe best if you explain what you are trying to do exactly?

    You can see here you can add filters to the main search bar or as advanced search items:
    https://wpgeo.directory/starter/property/

    And you can sort by the items also.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi Stiofan,

    Thanks for the link.

    So the query is already available.

    I’m looking for a query-builder tool.

    So I can simply make a link to the query in the menu and users can see a list.

    In doing so, you would have a query-builder which can display list which can be stylized by a template.

    This list should be sortable.

    ========================

    Another request would be to allow triggers and insertion of php code as hooks.

    cheers

    Again, GD can do pretty much anything but i need to know exactly what you want to do so i can tell you how 🙂

    When you add a custom field you can set if it can be used as a sort feature or a search feature, this will add it to the list that can be used to build these.

    Your second request i don’t really understand, we have hooks and filters pretty much everywhere.
