Tonight I have put in 2 forum posts that I had hoped Guust would answer. But he seems to have deleted both.

They were reasonable questions about whether he was going to fix my website having given me one with no ability for anyone to create an account on the front end. It’s not really on for him to delete my posts. But that is why I’ve had to go to the lengths of posting here.

I hope this post will stay up and not get deleted so that things can get sorted out in a reasonable fashion. If this one gets deleted, then there’s going to be trouble!!

PS Do you support your product and offer real support to your buyers? It’s really not on for your forum mod to delete posts of his choosing, and that brings your whole brand into question and whether you’re behind it and will support users or not.

Sorry Jane that you are experiencing issues.
I read your post and although I can understand if you have issues but the guys have been nothing but great to me. I have issues and I’m not the most computer savy person and they stick with me.

I haven’t seen your previous posts but being loud and vocal won’t help your situation, I agree if you need help and support from a product that they should support you but perhaps you will gain more support with Honey.

I understand but perhaps repost and see what happens

I think the world of the support team and I am sure they will fix your issue/s

Jane, they were not deleted, but moved because you hijacked somebody else’s topic.
The notifications should have the correct links – if you ticked the “notify me” box.

    Hi Jane,

This seems like a misunderstanding, we ask that you create your own topic rather than replying to others, we have special hidden settings for admins to assign and mark posts with special statuses, it works better if everyone creates their own post. I have added a message to the reply box if you are not the original author of the post, hopefully this will clear things up in the future.

@Glenn thanks for your kind words 🙂

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
